The Founding
"My grandfather knew how to build wealth. He worked hard, invested wisely, and created a foundation for the future.
I didn’t start with a theory. I started with a loss.
My grandfather built real wealth owning the 5th Holiday Inn ever constructed. He lived with security, abundance, and the freedom to choose how he spent his time. That model of wealth worked.
My father inherited it — but followed the “standard” Wall Street model instead. He had a well-respected broker in Dallas, owned 100 stocks, and did everything he was “supposed” to do. I was the one doing his taxes, and I watched him lose most of what my grandfather built.
That loss became my turning point. I asked myself: what worked for my grandfather that didn’t work for my father? WWFD, What would Frank Do?, my grandfather.
The answer is the foundation of my life’s work. I call it the Million Dollar Hour™ — a simple, clear process to move people from Wall Street’s risks and myths into guarantees that protect and multiply their wealth.

The greatest wealth comes from Peace. Many people confuse the definition of Wealth, Prosperity & Riches. In the middle, Prosperity is defined as hearfelt peace, not riches. It requires a new Mindset, I call the Millionaire MIndset, regardless of how much money you have. Some have millions of dollars and live by the Poverty Principles, and don't know how to make the shift. Some live by the Millionaire Mindset without a $1M yet are at great peace right where they are today. Those living by the Poverty Principles would love to live by the Millionaire Mindset but are often blocked by fear & false pride. They are often aftaid of connecting to the Millionaire Mindset for appearances. It is simply a change in thinking, a new attitude. The Poverty Principles are often a way of living out loud that needs some minor adjustments to improve one's lifestyle and the peace they gain. You need information first to dispel the fear of money. That is what keeps people stuck. FEAR. Fear of Losing Out and Fear of Missing Out. GREED. Many get into the Stock Market, where "Many must lose for a few to become wealthy." They don't know it's a Lose-Lose-Lose scenario because they, the market tenders nor market makers ever told them. I have proof. A mature person is willing to consider a new idea before committing to it.
